6. International Orders & Customs
For international deliveries, orders may be shipped under DDU / Delivered Duty Unpaid terms where applicable.

Customs processing may also cause occasional delivery delays.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to help reduce delivery delays.

Lost in Transit
If the shipping carrier confirms that your package was lost in transit, Lrteywou™ will help arrange a replacement where applicable.
